SCORE volunteers provide FREE and confidential business advice and counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. Our service area includes Butte, Glenn, Tehema, Plumas, Shasta, Lassen, Trinity, Siskiyou, and Modoc counties.
Face to Face counseling is offered in Chico, Oroville and Redding. Phone and online counseling is available throughout our entire service area.
Workshops are offered in Chico for a modest fee, for both start-up and in-business entrepreneurs.
FREE Online workshops are available for start ups and in-business clients in all communities within our service area . Topics offered include: Starting Your Business (9 Workshops), Managing Your Finances (10 Workshops) and Foundations of Marketing (7 Workshops)

SCORE volunteers are real-world professionals with time-tested knowledge who donate thousands of hours to help small businesses succeed. Counselors are experts in such areas as accounting, finance, marketing, management and business plan preparation. We have assisted many clients in obtaining business loans.
